Description

Clyne Castle, Swansea, by Ralph A. Griffiths, gives an illustrated history of the building and its owners.  It takes us through time from the first house built by Richard Phillips, to its ownership by the Vivians, and on to its part in the history of Swansea University.  Professor Griffiths, at the time, was a Senior Lecturer in History at the University College of Swansea.

University College of Swansea, 1977.  First edition.  Paperback, 61 pages, mix of black and white, and colour illustrations.  Front cover has crease mark (see photo), and has small pencil mark on first page.  Book shows general signs of age, but in otherwise good condition.
