Description

This cherished and detailed guide to Gower is a fantastic book for anyone wishing to explore the Area of Outstanding National Beauty, finding not only the popular spots, but also some of the lesser known sites and views to be had all across the peninsula.  The book contains a gazetteer of sites (including OS grid references), hand drawn illustrations, photographs, and maps to help you in your journey.  Even though many guides have been published since, this small book is a treasure trove of information that is just as relevant today as it was in 1965.

Gower Society (Sidney Heath, Beau Nash House), 1965.  Hardback, 114 pages.  Book shows age and wear, some parts of the front cover edge have worn away over time, some marks and fading (see photos).  Some pen and pencil marks on the inside front and back blank pages, but not on any text pages.  All photograph pages and map inserts are intact and in good condition.  Overall, the book is in fair to good condition.

Please note, this book is second hand.
