We are currently only able to post orders within the UK. We apologise for not being able to fulfil international orders, we hope that this service can be restored in the future.
We will endeavour to send your purchases out within five working days of receiving your order, so you should normally receive your order within 10-12 working days. However, there may be circumstances outside our control that delay your order, especially if you order from outside the UK so please allow up to 30 days for the goods to arrive.
Returns
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you return the goods to us within 10 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return; the item(s) should be well packed and clearly labelled and you should enclose your name, address and order number with the return. Unfortunately, refunds are not able to be issued in person.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage because we do not compensate for damaged or lost returned parcels. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
International Orders (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, this is not part of the shipping and handling fee paid when you make your purchase. Please check with your local postal services for full details on thresholds.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s International Standard service. Parcels are capped at 2kg in weight through this service, so larger orders may be sent in more than one package as needed.
