Delivery and returns

Please note that we are temporarily unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or countries in the European Union. We are working to re-enable the service as quickly as we can – please check back for updates.

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic and the closure of our physical premises, items are only shipped out on a Friday. There may also be a delay in receiving your goods due to backlogs with the postal service.  Any items shown as in stock are available to purchase at the current time.

We will endeavour to send your purchases out within five working days of receiving your order, so you should normally receive your order within 10-12 working days.  However, there may be circumstances outside our control that delay your order, especially if you order from outside the UK so please allow up to 30 days for the goods to arrive.


If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you return the goods to us within 10 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return; the item(s) should be well packed and clearly labelled and you should enclose your name, address and order number with the return.  Unfortunately, refunds are not able to be issued in person.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage because we do not compensate for damaged or lost returned parcels.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, this is not part of the shipping and handling fee paid when you make your purchase. Please check with your local postal services for full details on thresholds. 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s International Standard service.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently having issues with orders from outside the UK and Europe.  We hope to get this sorted as soon as possible, but in the meantime, please send an email to if you wish to order from outside these areas and we should be able to facilitate you.
